Curso de Pós-Graduaçao em HistóriaResumo: O SER MONGE NO MOSTEIRO DA RESSURREIÇÃO: PRÁTICAS E RITUAIS (1981 -2000) Esta dissertação é o estudo de algumas normas e práticas que ocorrem no dia-a-dia dos monges do Mosteiro da Ressurreição, fundado em 1981 por um grupo que tinha como projeto monástico resgatar a tradição beneditina. Essas práticas e normas são identificadas como construtoras de um ritual que representa o ser monge beneditino neste mosteiro. Ritual que foi forjado em relação ao contexto de fundação, o objetivo do grupo fundador e a sua herança cultural. Ele mantêm um "sistema simbólico", isto é, um conjunto de práticas e normas herdado da Regra de Bento, que identifica os seguidores da Regra na Igreja Católica desde o século VI. Esse conjunto marcado pelo Ora et Labora, isto é, pela vida de oração e trabalho, foi (re)lido e (re)vivido pelo grupo fundador. A partir dessa (re)leitura surgiu a realidade vivida na comunidade, a qual deve ser apropriada pelos iniciantes que precisam aceitar e dar-lhe continuidade para serem reconhecidos dentro do grupo e tornarem-se monges beneditinos do Mosteiro da Ressurreição. Esse processo de aceitação e reconhecimento é composto por alguns rituais que indicam que o iniciante está se tornando monge beneditino e membro da comunidade. Palavras-chave: Mosteiro da Ressurreição, ser monge beneditino, tradição beneditina.Abstract: IT BE MONK IN THE MONASTERY FROM THE RESURRECTION: PRACTICES AND RITUALS (1981 -2000) This dissertation is the survey of some norms and practices that occur in the everyday life of the monks of the Monastery from the Resurrection, founded in 1981 by a group that had as monastic project rescue the blessed tradition. Those practices and norms are identified like builders of a ritual that represents the blessed monk in this monastery. Ceremonial that it was forged regarding the context of foundation, the objective of the group founder and to its cultural inheritance. It maintains a "symbolic system", this is, an assembly of practices and norms inherited from the Rule of Blessed that identifies the followers from the Rule in the Catholic Church since the century VI. That assembly marked by the "Ora et Labora", this is, by the life of prayer and the work was (re) read and (re) lived by the group founder. From that (re) reading arose the reality lived in the community, to which should be appropriated by the apprentices that need necessary accept and give it continuity to will be recognized inside the group and they will become blessed monks of the Monastery from the Resurrection. That trial of acceptance and recognition is composed by some rituals that it indicates that the apprentice is becoming a blessed monk and a member from the community.
