Tal vivência, exige do psicoterapeuta uma escuta qualificada, de modo a melhor auxiliar a pessoa que procura ajuda. Por outro lado, entendemos que a psicoterapia é feita sobretudo de narrativas de vidas, que em última instância, substancializam a busca pelo sentido das experiências e da própria existência, podendo ensejar processos criativos e transformadores, no enfrentamento de situações-limite como no luto. Uma das formas do psicólogo favorecer esse processo se dá pela interpretação de tais narrativas e pela compreensão do que ocorre no espaço da narração e da escuta. Foi para pensar qualitativamente esse espaço na clínica do luto que decidi trazer o filósofo Paul Ricoeur (1913-2005). O objetivo principal foi o de pensar o luto na clínica psicológica, por meio da hermenêutica ricoeuriana. E os secundários: analisar os contributos específicos do paradigma narrativo ricoeuriano para uma compreensão do enlutar; e refletir acerca da escuta do psicólogo, nesse contexto. O método utilizado foi o fenomenológico hermenêutico, à luz de Ricoeur, através da escuta e participação do pesquisador num grupo de pessoas enlutadas de Curitiba. As contribuições filosóficas obtidas do paradigma hermenêutico e narrativo ricoeuriano permitiram-nos, entre outras coisas: conceber a narrativa como uma forma humana privilegiada para refigurar as experiências e ampliar a compreensão destas, sobretudo ante a crise de sentido evocada pelo luto; compreender que tal reconfiguração narrativa ocorre através da síntese do heterogêneo, isto é, do reordenamento realizado pelo narrador de sua história ante acontecimentos e incidentes inesperados na mesma; reconhecer a partir do conceito ricoeuriano da identidade narrativa e na qualidade de psicólogos-hermeneutas, que podemos ler nos textos-vidas de enlutados, não apenas o "que" da experiência luto, mas o "como" o mesmo é vivido, o que nos revela o "quem" por trás da ação e do padecimento. Em Ricoeur, podemos ainda compreender o luto como uma crise de conclusão narrativa, a exigir ao sujeito que sobrevenha a função de narrador sobre a de personagem de si mesmo, no sentido de criar novas formas de ser a partir do evento trágico na história, transmudando o acaso em destino. Além disso, da concepção ricoeuriana sobre variações imaginativas, realizada pelo leitor-narrador de si mesmo para encaixar e ressignificar tais eventos na sua história e garantir a continuidade da mesma, temos o paralelo entre a narrativa e a metáfora, pois ambas metamorfoseiam a realidade. Sendo que, é através da ficcionalização ou metaforização que a autonomia narrativa do leitor-narrador de si mesmo engendra novas possibilidades de ver-como, isto é, suscita rearranjos na maneira de significar a perda, o que ontologicamente refletese num ser-como, liberando potencial criativo autopoiético do poder-ser, apesar de tudo que lhe aconteceu. Assim, o narrador de si mesmo sai da condição de mero padecente de uma situação fática (a perda), para agente de uma condição facultativa, quando passa a ler-se e narrar-se de outra maneira. Enfim, algumas considerações meta-hermenêuticas sobre a postura e cuidados do psicólogo nesse processo todo são ainda discutidas a partir da hermenêutica ricoeuriana. Palavras-chave: Luto; Hermenêutica; Ricoeur, Paul; Psicologia fenomenológica.Abstract: In the psychological clinic, one of the most challenging contexts is mourning. Such experience requires the psychotherapist a qualified listening, so as to better assist the person seeking help to face it. On the other hand, we understand that psychotherapy is mainly made up of life narratives, which ultimately substantiate the search for the meaning of experiences and existence itself and, from this search, can lead to creative and transformative processes, in coping with situations as mourning. One of the ways the psychologist favors this process is by understanding what occurs during narration and listening. It was to think qualitatively this space in the clinic of mourning that I decided to bring the philosopher Paul Ricoeur (1913-2005). The main objective was to think of mourning in the psychological clinic, through the hermeneutics of Ricoeurian. And the secondary ones: to analyze the specific contributions of the ricoeur's narrative paradigm for an understanding of the mourning; and reflect on the psychologist's listening in that context. The method used was the phenomenological hermeneutic in the light of Ricoeur, through the listening and participation of the researcher in a group of bereaved people from Curitiba. The philosophical contributions obtained from the Ricoeur's hermeneutic and narrative paradigm allowed us, among other things: to conceive narrative as a privileged human form to refigure the experiences and to broaden their understanding, especially in the face of the crisis of meaning evoked by mourning; to understand that such narrative reconfiguration occurs through the synthesis of the heterogeneous, that is, the reordering carried out by the narrator of his history, in the face of unexpected events and incidents; to recognize from the Ricoeurian concept of narrative identity and in the quality of hermeneutic psychologists, that we can read in the life-texts of mourners, not only that "what" of the experience of mourning, but "how" it is lived, which reveals to us "who" is behind action and suffering. In Ricoeur, we can still understand mourning as a crisis of narrative conclusion, requiring that the role of narrator over the character of himself be transposed, in the sense of creating new ways of being from the tragic event in history, transmuting a chance in a destination. Moreover, from the Ricoeur's concption of imaginative variations makes a parallel between the narrative and the metaphor, as they both metamorphose the reality. It is through fictionalization or metaphorization that the narrative autonomy of the reader-narrator of himself engenders new possibilities of seeing-as that is, of rearrangements in the way of meaning loss, which ontologically leads to a being-like, releasing the autopoietic creative potential of become, despite everything that has happened to us. Thus, the narrator of himself exits from the condition of mere sufferer of a factual situation (the loss), to agent of an facultative condition, when it happens to be read and narrated in another way. Finally, some metahermeneutical considerations on the posture and care of the psychologist in this whole process are still discussed from the Ricoeur's hermeneutics.
