Assim como no campo da política, da economia, da cultura, o esporte tem sido um desses locais. Observando a crescente procura pelo fisiculturismo, a prática tem se tornado cada vez mais popular e aceita pelo público feminino, transformando o esporte num estilo de vida. A partir desse contexto, iniciei em 2014 esta pesquisa voltando o olhar para as atletas praticantes do fisiculturismo, sabendo se tratar de uma atividade esportiva ainda marginalizada, construída por e para os homens, porém, cada vez mais atraente e executada por mulheres. Essa procura pelo esporte tem transformado a prática no seu interior, onde seus organizadores têm buscado modificar as regras e critérios, construindo novos padrões e exigências para se adequar supostamente à demanda das mulheres brasileiras e do público do esporte. Através da pesquisa de campo em um ginásio de musculação, nas redes sociais e em campeonatos de fisiculturismo, busquei por meio da observação dos gerenciamentos cotidianos com o corpo compreender de que maneira se constroem as novas feminilidades no interior desse esporte específico, levantando consequentemente temas como corpo, beleza, saúde, gênero, trajetórias, músculos e dor, que serão discutidos ao longo desta pesquisa. Palavras-chave: fisiculturismo; mulheres; corpo; feminilidades;Abstract: We have seen in recent years the expansion of spaces occupied and carried out by women. Just as in the field of politics, economics, culture, sport has been one of those places. Noting the growing demand for bodybuilding, the practice has become increasingly popular and accepted by the female audience, transforming sport into a lifestyle. From this context, I started in 2014 this research looking at athletes practicing bodybuilding, knowing that it is a sport still marginalized, built by and for men, but increasingly attractive and performed by women. This demand for sports has transformed the practice in its interior, where its organizers have sought to modify the rules and criteria, building new standards and requirements to fit supposedly to the demand of Brazilian women and the public of the sport. Through field research in a bodybuilding gym, in social networks and in bodybuilding championships, I searched through the observation of everyday management with the body to understand how the new feminities are built within this specific sport, consequently raising themes such as body, beauty, health, gender, trajectories, muscles and pain, which will be discussed throughout this research.
