Dentre várias, pode-se citar o avanço do conhecimento científico, genética e trato silvicultural. No ramo da silvicultura é adotado sistemas de produção que visam a melhor produtividade principalmente com as espécies do gênero Eucalyptus. Assim, o objetivo desse trabalho foi realizar uma analogia entre a produtividade do sistema de talhadia e a reforma florestal usando o Clone AEC-144, que é oriundo do cruzamento das espécies de Eucalyptus urograndis (Eucalyptus urophylla x Eucalyptus grandis). O experimento foi conduzido numa fazenda no município de Nova Andradina, estado de Mato Grosso do Sul, com avaliação de 24 meses após a implantação, alocado em blocos casualisados com 8 tratamentos e 3 repetições. Em cada parcela havia 10 linhas com 10 plantas (cada linha), no entanto, a coleta ocorreu em 6 linhas e 6 plantas, onde totalizava a área total de 4,22 hectares. Após a avaliação, os melhores tratamentos foram o 2, 4 e 7 embasados no volume oriundo do diâmetro a altura do peito (DAP) e altura; nos tratamentos 1 e 4 no momento da intervenção ocorreu a redução de indivíduos. Todos os tratamentos superaram em valores de área basal o tratamento 8 (testemunha). De maneira geral, os melhores tratamentos foram o 2, 4 e 7Abstract: Brazilian forestry has been modernized all over the years, increasing its productivity through technologies, in which that has allowed it. Among several ones, we can mention here, in special the advancement of scientific knowledge, genetics and silviculture treatment. In the area of silviculture, production systems are adopted mainly because of leading a improved productivity in species such as Eucalyptus sp. Thus, the goal of this work is to make an analogy between the productivity of the coppice system and the forest reform using Clone AEC-144 that comes from the crossing of the species of Eucalyptus urograndis (Eucalyptus urophylla x Eucalyptus grandis). The experiment has been conducted on a farm close to Nova Andradina city and it’s located in Mato Grosso do Sul state, with an evaluation of 24 months after implantation, allocated in randomized blocks with 8 treatments and 3 repetitions. In each plot there were 10 lines with 10 plants (each line), however, the collect was occurred from 6 lines and 6 plants, where the total area was about 4.22 hectares. After the evaluation, it was noticed that the best treatments were 2, 4 and 7 based on the volume from the DAP and height; in 1 and 4 treatments there was a reduction of individuals at the time of intervention. All the treatments exceeded 8 treatment in basal area values.
