Defesa : Curitiba, 22/05/2020Inclui referências: p. 136-139Resumo: A presente dissertação partiu de um impasse com o qual a autora se depara no trabalho com a saúde mental em instituições públicas, contexto no qual parecia evidenciar-se com frequência uma aparente oposição entre análise e terapia. Buscando construir um posicionamento próprio acerca desta questão, propôs-se tomar tais dimensões como parte da compreensão mais ampla de tratamento psicanalítico, e tecer um estudo na obra freudiana sobre como o autor teria teorizado a relação entre o analítico e o terapêutico. Para tanto, iniciou-se esse percurso pela investigação do uso do termo análise por Freud para descrever seu método de investigação e tratamento do adoecimento psíquico. A partir dessa averiguação, chegou-se à noção de defesa e às indicações que se desdobram nos escritos do autor sobre sua suposição de que havia uma forma de organização subjacente aos sintomas, evidenciando-os como passíveis de serem compreendidos como tendo uma função homeostática ao aparelho psíquico. No segundo capítulo, buscou-se aprofundar as compreensões que Freud traça sobre essa organização, tomando como fenômeno central para tanto a elaboração onírica. Por isso, buscou-se circunscrever nessa parte da dissertação os conceitos relacionados à primeira tópica e à compreensão do aparelho psíquico do ponto de vista econômico. O terceiro capítulo se destina a inserir no escopo da argumentação as consequências teóricas das formulações referentes à segunda tópica, que se impõem à concepção de tratamento tornando-a mais complexa. A partir desta exploração, pode-se aceder ao panorama de que, na compreensão do autor, o trabalho analítico de investigação e dissecção do psiquismo visando desvelar o inconsciente seria a forma privilegiada de modificar a economia psíquica e a dinâmica subjacente ao adoecimento e, assim, tornar possível uma transformação. Ao mesmo tempo, a complexidade em que se encerra essa organização colocariam importantes limites à possibilidade de pensar o terapêutico como erradicação dos sintomas e do sofrimento. Por fim, evidenciou-se outros aspectos do tratamento psicanalítico necessários a que a operação analítica seja possível, como o manejo da transferência, da resistência e a elaboração. Estes aspectos tornam-se assim intimamente conectados às possibilidades terapêuticas, o que agrega ao tratamento psicanalítico outros contornos que o propulsionam para além da função de desvelar o inconsciente desfazendo processos de defesa. Palavras-chave: análise, terapia, sonho, psicanálise, FreudAbstract: The present dissertation started from an impasse with which the author is faced in working with mental health in public institutions, a context in which an apparent opposition between analysis and therapy often appeared. Seeking to build her own position on this issue, it was proposed to take such dimensions as part of the broader understanding of psychoanalytic treatment, and to weave a study in Freud's work on how the author would have theorized the relationship between whats analytical and what is therapeutic in this process. To this objetct, this research began by investigating the use of the term analysis by Freud to describe his method of investigation and treatment of mental illness. From this investigation, we came to the notion of defense and the indications that unfold in the author's writings about his assumption that there was a form of organization underlying the symptoms, showing them as capable of being understood as having a homeostatic function to the psychic apparatus. In the second chapter, we sought to deepen the understandings that Freud traces about this organization, taking as a central phenomenon for both the processo f dream elaboration. Therefore, it was sought to circumscribe in this part of the dissertation the concepts related to the first topic and to the understanding of the psychic apparatus from an economic point of view. The third chapter is intended to include in the scope of the argument the theoretical consequences of formulations related to the second topic, which are imposed on the conception of treatment making it more complex. From this exploration, one can access the panorama that, in the author's understanding, the analytical work of investigation and dissection of the psyche aiming to unveil the unconscious would be the privileged way to modify the psychic economy and the dynamics underlying the illness and, thus, making a transformation possible. At the same time, the complexity in which this organization ends would place important limits on the possibility of thinking about the therapeutic as the eradication of symptoms and suffering. Finally, there were other aspects of psychoanalytic treatment necessary to make the analytical operation possible, such as handling transference, resistance and elaboration. These aspects thus become intimately connected to the therapeutic possibilities, which add to the psychoanalytic treatment other contours that propel it beyond the function of unveiling the unconscious, by undoing defense proceedings.
