A avaliação do desempenho desses materiais em diferentes tipos de cultivo protegido, especialmente no sistema de produção orgânico, pode proporcionar aumento da produtividade e qualidade da produção, assim como a ampliação da oferta do produto ao longo do ano. As pesquisas sobre nutrição do morangueiro em sistema orgânico e sob cultivo protegido são ainda incipientes, mesmo com considerável expansão da área cultivada nesse sistema. O presente trabalho teve como objetivo validar aspectos produtivos, biométricos, teores de nutrientes e sua ordem de concentração em folhas e frutos de cultivares espanhóis de morangueiro em ambientes protegidos, sob sistema orgânico de produção, nas condições edafoclimáticas de Pinhais-PR. O experimento foi conduzido no período de julho de 2012 a julho de 2013. O delineamento experimental foi de blocos completamente casualizados, com 10 repetições e quatro tratamentos, em arranjo fatorial 2 x 2 - dois cultivares ('Cristal'® e 'Sabrosa'®) e dois ambientes (túnel alto e baixo). Foram avaliadas as variáveis temperatura máxima, mínima, média e umidade relativa do ar, dentro e fora dos ambientes, e as variáveis diâmetro equatorial e longitudinal, número de frutos, produtividade comercial, número médio de estolões, massa seca de estolões, bem como macro e micronutrientes nas folhas e nos frutos dos cultivares. O túnel alto apresenta temperaturas do ar máxima e média superiores às do túnel baixo e estimula a emissão de estolões. O tipo de ambiente protegido não influencia o tamanho, o número e a produção de frutos de morango dos dois cultivares. 'Cristal' apresenta maior diâmetro equatorial, longitudinal e produtividade total média superior ao cultivar 'Sabrosa' em sistema orgânico e cultivo protegido. Os tipos de tuneis não alteram a ordem de concentração de macro e micronutrientes em folhas e frutos dos cultivares. O túnel alto promove o aumento de P, K, Ca, Mg e B nas folhas, e de P, Mg e Zn nos frutos, ao passo que o túnel baixo promove o aumento de N e Fe nas folhas e de Mn nos frutos. The evaluation of the performance of these materials in different types of protected cultivations, especially in the organic production system, can provide the increase of the productivity and quality of the production, as well as the growth of the offer of the product over the years. Researches about the nutrition of the strawberry in organic and protected cultivation systems still are incipient, even with the expansion of the cultivated area using these systems. The present work aimed at the validation of productive aspects, biometric characteristics, nutrient contents and its concentration levels in leaves and fruits of two different spanish cultivations of strawberry plant in protected atmospheres, under the organic system of production, in the soil and climate conditions of Pinhais-PR. The experiment was led from July 2012 to July 2013. The experimental delineation consisted on randomized blocks, with 10 repetitions and four treatments, in factorial arrangement of 2 x 2 - two cultivates ('Cristal'® and 'Sabrosa'®) and two atmospheres (high and low tunnel). It was evaluated the minimum, maximum and average temperatures, the humidity in and out the environments, the equatorial and longitudinal diameter variations, the number of fruits, the commercial productivity, the number of stolons, the stolons dry mass, also the macro and micro nutrients on leaves and fruits of the cultivars. The high tunnel presents the maximum and average air temperatures higher than the lower tunnel and stimulates de stolons emission. The type of the protected environment do not influence the size, the number and the strawberry production in both cultivars. 'Cristal' presents the equatorial and longitudinal diameter and the productivity average bigger than the 'Sabrosa' cultivar in the organic production system in the protected cultivation. The types of tunnels do not change the concentration order of macro and micronutrients in leaves and fruits of the cultivars. The high tunnel promotes the increase of P, K, Ca, Mg and B in the leaves and P, Mg and Zn in the fruits, given that the lower tunnel promotes the increase of n and Fe in the leaves and Mn in the fruits.
