A mulher conseguiu conquistar seu direito formal à escolha e igualdade em todas as áreas. Entretanto, na prática, muitas mulheres sofrem perseguições e abusos em todo o mundo, o que não se limita à mulher do Norte ou do Sul ou à mulher do Leste ou do Oeste. Em geral, as mulheres são tratadas com extrema crueldade e injustiça, privando-as da educação e da participação política e social. Assim era a situação das mulheres no Ocidente. Mas como era a situação das mulheres muçulmanas no Oriente, sob um ponto de vista científico e objetivo? Tendo em visa essa pergunta, o presente trabalho tem o objetivo de identificar os ensinamentos do Islã, por meio do Alcorão Sagrado, e esclarecer a abrangência da religião islâmica e a temática dos direitos das mulheres indicados nesse texto religioso, de modo a oferecer uma resposta ao ataque que existe na atualidade à religião islâmica, sobretudo em relação a questão feminina. Por meio do método de abordagem descritiva e indutiva, através da leitura dos versos do Alcorão e do Tradição profética, e da leitura de pesquisas e estudos que tratavam do assunto da Sharia e das leis internacionais, esta dissertação demonstrará que o Islã lhes concedeu direitos políticos, sociais e civis e preservou sua dignidade por meio da lei islâmica. Isso está previsto no próprio texto e ocorreu sem a burocracia e as dificuldades de reuniões e conferências internacionais, que aconteceram em paralelo a essa previsão textual. Pretende-se comprovar que tais meios de concertação internacional são caminhos e lutas legítimas pelas quais as mulheres lutaram e ainda lutam, com vistas a ganhar mais um dos direitos de ser igual ao homem, o qual a priva e oprime, além de praticar atos de diversas violência contra ela. Por conta das previsões do Alcorão, pode-se dizer que a mulher muçulmana precedeu sua irmã ocidental na obtenção de seus direitos por meio da legislação divina, impondo seus direitos e não a prejudicando, e preservando sua dignidade porque o texto reflete que Deus a honrou como ser humano e a equiparou ao homem. Então, pode-se dizer que as mulheres muçulmanas tiveram seus direitos plenos previstos há quatorze séculos, quando as mulheres europeias ainda viviam primitivamente. Ai surge o grande paradoxo: o que aconteceu com as mulheres muçulmanas atualmente, em que muitas são oprimidas e violentadas? Quando tais direitos foram perdidos? Por que líderes Islâmicos atacam as mulheres e as perseguem, deixando-as cativas, sem caráter e subservientes aos homens? Este trabalho pretende demonstrar que a situação em que vivem os muçulmanos e árabes em geral, atualmente, poderia ser chamada de uma era de declínio e atraso devido ao despotismo de alguns líderes e ao colonialismo e às contínuas guerras em seus países, geralmente causadas em função de riqueza em petróleo, que passou a ser usado como motor econômico e de seu desenvolvimento. Essa confluência de fatores resultou em desacordos entre próprios muçulmanos e em adaptações de tradições e costumes diferentes, com adoção de interpretação dos textos sagrados que fez com que as mulheres vivessem uma vida miserável. Por isso, sempre se olhou para o Ocidente com um olhar de otimismo e esperança em relação ao direito feminino de viver com dignidade nesses países do Ocidente, enquanto para o outro lado sempre se avistou com o ódio e indignação o Islã e os muçulmanos, vivendo seu ostracismo fora da sociedade ocidental, numa abordagem islamofóbica. O presente trabalho via demonstrar que a interpretação despótica do islamismo por alguns líderes, a falta de entendimento real da situação pelo Ocidente e as consequências concretas do colonialismo explorador levaram a uma compreensão distorcida da realidade, já que não se limitam a ocupar países e roubar riquezas, mas ocupar as mentes e plantar ideias. Assim, deliberadamente, foi plantado o ódio ao Islã qual se tornou um inimigo que o mundo inteiro odeia, sendo que nesse panorama, as mulheres sofrem em demasia.Abstract: Women's right to live with dignity and the acquisition of their freedom has become an important issue in the era of global development and democracy. Women have managed to win their right to election and equality in all areas. Women who suffer persecution and abuse around the world are not limited to women from the North or South or the woman from the East or the West. In general, women are treated with extreme cruelty and injustice, depriving them of education and political and social participation. That was the situation of women in the West. But what was the situation of Muslim women in the East, from a scientific and objective point of view? With this question in mind, this paper aims to identify the teachings of Islam, through the Holy Quran, and clarify the scope of the Islamic religion and the theme of women's rights indicated in this religious text, in order to offer an answer to the current attack on the Islamic religion, especially women. Through the method of descriptive and inductive approach, reading the verses of the Quran and Prophetic Tradition, and reading researches and studies that dealt with the subject of Sharia and international law, this dissertation will demonstrate that Islam granted them political rights, social and civil. And preserved its dignity through Islamic law. This is foreseen in the text itself and took place without the bureaucracy and difficulties of international meetings and conferences, which took place in parallel to this textual prediction. It is intended to prove that such means of international agreement are legitimate paths and struggles for which women have fought and are still fighting, with a view to gaining one more of the rights to be equal to men, which deprives and oppresses them, in addition to practicing acts of various violence against them. Because of the predictions of the Qur'an, it can be said that the Muslim woman preceded her Western sister in obtaining her rights through divine legislation, imposing her rights and not harming her, and preserving her dignity because the text reflects that God honored her as a human being and equated her with men. So, it can be said that Muslim women had their full rights provided fourteen centuries ago, when European women still lived primitively. Then the great paradox arises: what happened to Muslim women today, in which many are oppressed and raped? When were these rights lost? Why do Islamic leaders attack women and persecute them, leaving them captive, characterless and subservient to men? This research intends to demonstrate that the situation in which Muslims and Arabs in general are living today could be called an era of decline and backwardness due to the despotism of some leaders and colonialism and the continuous wars in their countries, usually caused by oil wealth, which came to be used as an economic and development engine. This confluence of factors resulted in disagreements among Muslims themselves and in adaptations of different traditions and customs, with the adoption of interpretation of the sacred texts that made women live a miserable life. For this reason, the West has always been looked at with a look of optimism and hope regarding the female rights to live with dignity in these Western countries, while Islam and Muslims have always looked to the other side with hatred and indignation. their ostracism outside of Western society, in an Islamophobic approach. This paper demonstrates that the despotic interpretation of Islam by some leaders, the lack of real understanding of the situation by the West and the concrete consequences of exploitative colonialism led to a distorted understanding of reality, as they do not limit themselves to occupying countries and stealing wealth, but occupy minds and plant their ideas.
