Defesa : Curitiba, 26/11/2021Inclui referênciasResumo: O principal objetivo deste trabalho é fazer uma análise acerca da obra Rouge Brasil, de Jean-Christophe Rufin (2001, 2015), com o propósito de buscar como se fundamenta o discurso da intolerância e da misoginia nas personagens do romance. Ele narra a história de Nicolas de Villegagnon, almirante da expedição que partiu da França rumo às terras do Brasil, com objetivo de fundar a França Antártica, onde passou dois anos e, por contendas religiosas, retornou à Europa sem lograr êxito. Para tentar fundamentar as análises, buscou-se apoio na teoria do romance de Bakhtin (2017a). Com base em suas ideias, procurou-se mostrar o grande diálogo que há entre as narrativas de Jean de Léry (2007) e André Thevet (1978), o romance Rouge Brésil, de Jean-Christophe Rufin (2001, 2015) e ainda o Manifesto antropófago de Oswald de Andrade, explicitando a sua participação neste grande colóquio. Foram apresentados alguns relatos históricos com objetivo de buscar os fundamentos da intolerância e da misoginia. Dessa forma, procurou-se fazer um breve levantamento histórico de ocorrências que pudesse buscar não a primeira sentença proferida acerca do assunto, mas como se estrutura o discurso. A intenção não é de chegar a uma verdade, mas de fazer reflexões para que outros também possam refletir e construir novas reflexões acerca do assunto.Abstract: The main objective of this work is to analyze the book Rouge Brasil, by Jean-Christophe Rufin (2001, 2015), with the purpose of find how the discourse of intolerance and misogyny of the novel’s characters is based. It narrates the story of Nicolas de Villegagnon, admiral of the expedition that left France for the lands of Brazil, with the objective of founding France Antarctique, where he spent two years and, due to religious disputes, returned to Europe without success. To try to substantiate the analyses, support was sought in Bakhtin's theory of the novel (2017a). Based on his ideas, we tried to show the great dialogue that exists between the narratives of Jean de Léry (2007) and André Thevet (1978), the novel Rouge Brésil, by Jean-Christophe Rufin (2001, 2015) and even the Anthropophagous manifesto by Oswald de Andrade, explaining his participation in this great colloquium. Some historical accounts were presented in order to seek the foundations of intolerance and misogyny. In this way, we tried to make a brief historical survey of occurrences that could seek not the first sentence pronounced on the subject, but how the discourse is structured. The intention is not to arrive at a truth, but to make reflections so that others can also reflect and build new reflections on the subject.Résumé: L'objectif principal de cet ouvrage est de faire une analyse de l'oeuvre Rouge Bresil, de Jean-Christophe Rufin, dans le but de trouver les bases du discours de l'intolerance et de la misogynie chez les personnages du roman. Celui-ci raconte l'histoire de Nicolas de Villegagnon, amiral de l'expedition qui quitta la France pour les terres du Bresil afin de fonder la France Antarctique ou il passa deux ans et, en raison de conflits religieux, en retourna vers l’Europe sans succes. Pour tenter d'etayer les analyses, nous nous sommes appuyes sur la theorie du roman de Bakhtin. A partir de ses idees, nous avons tente de montrer le grand dialogue qui existe entre les recits de Jean de Lery et Andre Thevet, le roman Rouge Brésil, de Jean-Christophe Rufin ou encore le Manifeste anthropophage d'Oswald de Andrade, expliquant sa participation a ce grand colloque. Des recits historiques ont ete presentes afin de rechercher les fondements de l'intolerance et de la misogynie. Ainsi, nous avons essaye de faire un bref apercu historique des occurrences que l'on pouvait rechercher, non pas la premiere phrase prononcee sur le sujet, mais comment le discours est structure.
