Spatialization of the atmospheric pressure in the Lower Middle São Francisco Valley region

Resumo: | The objectives of this study were to obtain and validate the best numerical powers for the interpolation method of the inverse of the distance (IPD) on spatialization of atmospheric pressure values in the São Francisco San Francisco Sub mid, for periods of one year and the seasons (winter, spring, summer and autumn). The atmospheric pressure was spatialized using the IPD method from data measured in automatic weather stations 14, in a region São Francisco San Francisco Sub mid. The values obtained were interpolator power equal to 4.8, 5.0, 5.1, 5.9 and 1.5 for the annual season, winter, spring, summer and autumn, respectively. The daily variation in the average relative error calculated, using data from atmospheric pressure, with the best value from the interpolator power obtained for the season year (4.8) was on average 0.05%. A pressão atmosférica foi espacializada utilizando o método do IPD a partir dos dados medidos em 14 estações meteorológicas automáticasde uma região do Submédio São Francisco. Os valores obtidos da potência do interpolador foram iguais a 4,8, 5,0, 5,9, 5,1 e 1,5 para a época anual, inverno, primavera, verão e outono, respectivamente. A variação diária do erro relativo médio calculado, utilizando os dados de pressão atmosférica, com o melhor valor da potência do interpolador obtida para a época ano (4,8) foi em média 0,05%.
