Resumo: Abstract: This research aimed to determine the period of flowering and fruiting of native forest species and cultivated fruit related to rainfall, in order to produce goods and services in agroforestry systems. Divided 12 species were selected: four species of forest land (Oenocarpus bacaba, Lecythis usitata odorata Dipterix and Didymopanax morototoni), four species of lowland forest (Euterpe oleracea, Spondias monbim, Carapa guianensis and Virola surinamensis) and four cultivated fruit trees (Malpighia glabra, Annona muricata, Theobroma grandiflorum and Byrsonima crassifolia), each with five ideotypes, totaling 60 individuals observed, which were monitored for 24 months (May / April 2004/2006). Flowering was more evident in the dry season, with 50% of the species displaying the phenology, while fruiting was more intense in the rainy season, with 58% of the species. The spread fruit and seeds occurred widely in the rainy season, 83% of the species. With the exception of Malpighia glabra, which showed subanual reproductive pattern (several times a year), all species showed the annual pattern of reproduction. In general, in all periods of the year (dry and wet), indicative of the species showed manifestation of reproductive events, suggesting that the same indication in the planning of agroforestry systems.

Universidade Federal Rural da Amazônia/UFRA2011-03-12info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://ajaes.ufra.edu.br/index.php/ajaes/article/view/77Amazonian Journal of Agricultural Sciences Journal of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences; Vol 53 No 1 (2010): RCA; 78-86Revista de Ciências Agrárias Amazonian Journal of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences; v. 53 n. 1 (2010): RCA; 78-862177-87601517-591Xreponame:Revista de Ciências Agrárias (Belém.
