Resumo: | The aim of this study was to quantify the production and distribution of biomass in the different compartments of the aerial part of the tree (stem, leaves, twigs and bark), in an experiment in randomized blocks with 15 clones of eucalyptus grown at the Experimental Station of the Company Pernambuco-IPA Agricultural Research in Araripina-PE. 90 trees, which were determined in the fresh weights and collected samples of leaves, twigs, bark and wood to determine the average wood density and biomass were felled. The total biomass of aerial 15 Eucalyptus clones were determined, respectively, 62.08; 92.27; 70.27; 95.36; 104.75; 132.13; 119.35; 58.60; 107.06; 92.51; 109.93; 50.87; 61.17; 69.90; 93.76 t ha-1. By Scott-Knott test was no difference between the treatments of the components leaves, branches and trunk, as the production of biomass. As for the shell component no significant difference between treatments. The most and least productive in terms of biomass clones were treating 6 Hybrid Eucalyptus urophylla x E. tereticornis x E. pellita (controlled pollination) with 132.13 t ha-1 and the treatment of E. 12-111brido brassiana (crossing natural) to 50.87 t ha-1. |

Foram derrubadas 90 árvores, nas quais se determinaram os pesos frescos, bem como coletadas amostras de folhas, galhos, casca e madeira para determinação da densidade média da madeira e biomassa. As biomassas aéreas totais dos 15 clones de eucaliptos foram determinadas, respectivamente, em 62,08; 92,27; 70,27; 95,36; 104,75; 132,13; 119,35; 58,60; 107,06; 92,51; 109,93; 50,87; 61,17; 69,90; 93,76 t há-1. Pelo Teste de Scott-Knott houve diferença entre os tratamentos dos componentes folhas, galhos e fuste, quanto à produção de biomassa. Já para o componente casca não houve diferença significativa entre os tratamentos. Os clones mais e menos produtivos em termos de biomassa foram o tratamento 6 Hibrido de Eucalyptus urophylla x E. tereticornis x E. pellita (polinização controlada) com 132,13 t há-1 e o tratamento 12-111brido de E. brassiana (cruzamento natural) com 50,87 t há-1.
