Resumo: | The State of Sao Paulo is the fourth largest producer of broiler chicken. However, there is little information about the realities of poultry, which hampers the study towards the development of new technologies. The objective of this study was to seek information on the reality of poultry housing the State of Sao Paulo. Eighty-five broiler chicken poultry housings were visited and a questionnaire containing a total of eight questions about the types of poultry housing was applied. The data showed that poultry housing present modern features such as high frequency of fans, nebulizers, linings and automatic feeders; only water troughs have average technology level due to less frequent use of nipple troughs. |

Poultry typological characterization of an integrator in the State of Sao PauloCaracterização tipológica de aviários em uma integradora do Estado de São PauloThe State of Sao Paulo is the fourth largest producer of broiler chicken. Universidade Federal Rural da Amazônia/UFRA2012-07-27info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://ajaes.ufra.edu.br/index.php/ajaes/article/view/535Amazonian Journal of Agricultural Sciences Journal of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences; Vol 55 No 2 (2012): RCA; 154-158Revista de Ciências Agrárias Amazonian Journal of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences; v. 55 n. 2 (2012): RCA; 154-1582177-87601517-591Xreponame:Revista de Ciências Agrárias (Belém.
