Resumo: The efficient use of N cultivars are important to reduce production costs , obtaining satisfactory productivity and reducing environmental contamination by nitrate leaching . The objective of this study was to evaluate important agronomic characteristics of wheat genotypes subjected to sources of nitrogen ( N ) mineral ( urea) , biological ( Azospirillum brasilense ) and zinc oxide (total of 8.50 % Zn ) with ammonia ( 7% of total N) applied to the seed . The experimental design was completely randomized , in a 3 × 6 factorial design with four replications . The treatments included three wheat cultivars (CD 104 , CD 150 and CD 116 ) and six nitrogen sources with or without Zn and Azospirillum associations . There are differences between genotypes in response to nitrogen for grain yield components : test weight ( PH ) , weight of thousand seeds ( MMS ) and number of spikes per meter ( NEM) . Can not find significant effects of nitrogen in Azospirillum and Zn for the characteristic grain yield ( GY) within genotypes . The need for N to grain yield in cultivars CD 104 , CD 150 and CD 116 was supplied under the total-N in the soil , probably due to soil organic matter (OM ) and tillage on soybean crop residues , at conditions of Palotina - PR .

O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar caracteres de importância agronômica de genótipos de trigo submetidos a fontes de nitrogênio (N) mineral (Ureia), biológica (Azospirillum brasilense) e óxido de zinco (total de 8,50% de Zn) com nitrogênio amoniacal (total de 7% de N) aplicado na semente. O delineamento experimental utilizado foi o de blocos completos ao acaso, em um esquema fatorial 3 × 6, com quatro repetições. Os tratamentos foram três cultivares de trigo (CD 104, CD 150 e CD 116) e seis fontes de nitrogênio com ou sem associações de Zn e Azospirillum. Existem diferenças entre os genótipos na resposta ao nitrogênio para os componentes do rendimento de grãos: peso do hectolitro (PH), massa de mil sementes (MMS) e número de espigas por metro (NEM). Não foi possível encontrar efeitos significativos do N em cobertura, Azospirillum e Zn para a característica rendimento de grãos (RG) dentro dos genótipos.
