Resumo: This article aims to decode the specific data of textual criticism of the apparatus of the Corpus Hermeticum presented by NOCK & FESTUGIÈRE, checking the lectio attestation of the manuscripts. Moreover, one seeks to discern the problem of textual criticism regarding the lectio ἐϐαπτίσαντο τοῦ itself, which occurs in the text Corp. Herm. 4.3-6a as proposed by N.F., in order to understand the reasons that led Nock to opt for this lectio instead of another, characterizing the unit of meaning.
