Resumo: This paper is about aspects related to the theme of violence and its implications in Health, Nursing and Education. It focuses on the importance of the education of the professional to face the problem of intrafamilial violence against children by stressing the nurse’s role as an educator and by interpreting it within the context of the author’s experience with children who are victims of intrafamilial violence.
