Resumo: | To reflect about teaching and practicing nursing in public and collective health, helps to direct the teaching/learning nursing process to a health promotion alternative,involving nursing students of UFRGS with Lions Clubs, Health State Secretaries and, specially, with the population and the media, so that early detection of high blood preassure and diabetes and also health promotion could be focus on Macrocampaingns Project. The aim is to early detect high blood preassure, diabetes and to promote health, individually and collectivelly, in a short period of time, at places of major concentration of persons, using academic work power, clubs of service, participation of the population and the media. The method used on this investigation was of interviews, blood preassure measurement, blood sugar checking, and filling forms from spontaneous demand in shoppings malls and other sites, by two professors and 58 nursing students of UFRGS. The main aspects of the results are that 15% of the demand have high blood preassure and 9% have high level of blood sugar. |

The main aspects of the results are that 15% of the demand have high blood preassure and 9% have high level of blood sugar.La reflexión sobre la enseñanza y la practica de enfermeria en la Salud Publica y Colectiva reorienta el proceso de enseñar/aprender en la promoción de la salud, en el encuentro de una alternativa que envuelve alumnos de enfermeria de la UFRGS, en parcería com el Lions Clubs, Secretarias de Salud, especialmente la populación y la midia, en la detectación precoz de la hipertensión arterial, del diabetis y en la promoción de la salud, mediante un Projecto de Macrocampañas. El objetivo es detectar hipertensión arterial, diabetis y promover la salud, individual y colectiva, en un corto tiempo, en locales donde hay una mayor concentración de personas que utilizan la fuerza de trabajo academico, clubs y la participación de la populación y la midia. El metodo utilizado en esta investigación surgió de la entrevista, sobre la verificación de la presión arterial, glicemia y de llenar papeles de una demanda espontanea de trez macroshoppings y otros locales, por dos docentes y 58 alumnos de enfermeria de la UFRGS. Los aspectos marcantes del resultado son: 15% de esta demanda espontanea apresenta presión arterial y 9% hiperglicemia.A reflexão sobre o ensino e a prática de enfermagem em Saúde Pública e Coletiva reorienta o processo de ensino/aprendizagem na promoção da saúde, no encontro de uma alternativa que envolve alunos da enfermagem da UFRGS, em parceria com os Lions Clubes, Secretarias da Saúde, especialmente, a população e a mídia, na detecção precoce da hipertensão arterial, do diabetes e na promoção da saúde, mediante um Projeto de Macrocampanhas. O objetivo é detectar hipertensão arterial, diabetes e promover a saúde, individual e coletiva, em curto tempo, em locais com maior concentração de pessoas que utilizam a força de trabalho acadêmico, clubes de serviço e a participação da população e da mídia. O método adotado nesta investigação surgiu da entrevista, sobre a verificação da pressão arterial, glicemia e do preenchimento de formulários de uma demanda expontânea de três macroshoppings e outros locais, por dois docentes e 58 alunos de enfermagem da UFRGS.
