Resumo: This article is a brief literature review that aims to stimulate reflections about individual and collective health concepts, especially approaching some authors which indicate to new health interventions nowadays. It features procedural and hystorical health aspects with the perspective of new orientations to follow its dynamism and complexity. It also refers to recommendations of international events to promote health in the 21st century.

Son presentados aspectos que consideran el carácter procesal y de movimiento histórico de la salud con perspectivas de nuevas orientaciones para se acompañar su actividad y su complejidad. Propone también recomendaciones de eventos internacionales para se promover la salud en el siglo XXI.O presente artigo trata de uma breve revisão da literatura que pretende fomentar reflexões sobre o conceito de saúde, a saúde individual e coletiva, abordando alguns autores que indicam novas intervenções para a saúde hoje. São apresentados aspectos que consideram o caráter processual e de movimento histórico da saúde com perspectivas de novas orientações para se acompanhar sua dinamicidade e sua complexidade. Refere também recomendações de eventos internacionais para se promover a saúde no séc.
