PSYCHOSOCIAL ATTENTION FROM THE EXPERIENCE OF THE INDIVIDUAL SUFFERING OF MENTAL DISORDER

Resumo: The study realized in one Center of Psychosocial Attention in the southern region of Brazil is qualitative and descriptive, and the aim is to know the experience of the user of the service, and the importance that he attributed to psychosocial attention. The data are collected by five semi-structured interviews, recorded and, then analyzed, based on the experience and trajectory of the person, and in spaces of psychosocial care in the service. The persons highlighted the differences between the care in hospital way and in the psychosocial way, and related activities such as assemblies, workshops, as spaces that provide insertion and transformation of their realities. Shown up the groups, the participation in the association of the users and family, the communication with the trainees as contributors to the (re)conquest of the citizenship. However we concluded pointing to the necessity that the users say about more investment in the expansion of the collective support of the services in mental health that will be answer to the necessities of the community.

Los datos fueran obtenidos por medio de cinco entrevistas semi-estructuradas, grabadas y luego analizadas, basadas en la experiencia y la trayectoria del sujeto, y en los espacios del cuidado psicosocial en el servicio. Los sujetos resaltaran las diferencias entre el cuidado en el modo asilar y en el modo psicosocial, y relataran actividades como asambleas, talleres, como espacios que proporcionan la inserción y la transformación de sus realidades. Destacaran los grupo, la participación en la asociación de usuarios y familiares, la comunicación con los alunmos como contribuyentes para la (re)conquista de la ciudadanía. Sin embargo concluimos apuntando la necesidad expuesta por los usuarios de obtener mayor inversión en la expansión de la red de servicios en salud mental que satisfaga las necesidades del municipio.O estudo realizado num Cento de Atenção Psicossocial da região Sul do Brasil caracteriza-se por ser qualitativo-descritivo, e teve como objetivo conhecer a vivência do usuário do serviço, e a importância que este atribui a Atenção Psicossocial. Obtiveram-se os dados por meio de cinco entrevistas semi-estruturadas, gravadas e, posteriormente analisadas, pautadas na vivência e trajetória do sujeito, e nos espaços de cuidado psicossocial no serviço. Os sujeitos evidenciaram as diferenças entre o cuidado no modo asilar e no modo psicossocial, e elencaram atividades como assembléias, oficinas, como espaços geradores de inserção e de transformação de suas realidades. Destacaram os grupos, a participação na associação de usuários e familiares, a interlocução com estagiários como contribuintes para a (re)conquista da cidadania.
