Resumo: Concerns of a master’s dissertation unrolling, that objectives investigating about the possibilities/limits of sleep recovery in workwomen with medium level in nursing that develop their activities in night shifts at a first–aid clinic of a public hospital in Natal/RN. Analitic study, with a qualitative approach with the technical using of thematic oral history. Fifteen workwomen in nursing were interviewed. It’s evident on their speech the physiological and psychological suffers that the lack of sleep causes in health and life of these workwomen, making clear the overtask and sociocultural imperfections of feminine genders.

It’s evident on their speech the physiological and psychological suffers that the lack of sleep causes in health and life of these workwomen, making clear the overtask and sociocultural imperfections of feminine genders.El estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar la forma en que el nivel medio de las trabajadoras y el ejercicio de sus actividades de trabajo de enfermería en turno de noche en una pronta asistencia del Hospital Público en Natal/RN, la experiencia de su trabajo, teniendo en cuenta el contexto de su vida, incluida la recuperación del sueño. Los estudios analíticos, con un enfoque cualitativo, la técnica utilizada tema de la historia oral. Quince enfermeras fueron entrevistados. En sus palabras la aparición de enfermedades relacionadas con el turno de noche, la obesidad, el estrés y la hipertensión, relieve la carga de trabajo y las imperfecciones sociocultural femenina. Se concluye que las mujeres enfrentan en los días entorno familiar, lo que dificulta la recuperación del sueño, sin embargo mostrar afecto en la atención.Trata-se de um desdobramento de uma dissertação de mestrado, que teve como objetivo investigar sobre as possibilidades/limites da recuperação do sono das trabalhadoras de nível médio de enfermagem que desenvolvem suas atividades laborais no turno noturno no setor de pronto-socorro em um hospital público, em Natal-RN. Estudo analítico, com abordagem qualitativa, com a utilização da técnica da história oral temática. Foram entrevistadas quinze trabalhadoras enfermagem.
