Resumo: The GCC monarchies are among the countries with the largest hydrocarbon reserves worldwide. In consequence their economic and productive matrices are strongly dependent of them. The aim of this paper is to analyze how these states position themselves as regards climate change.

Em consequência, possuem matrizes econômicas e produtivas fortemente dependentes dos mesmos.
