Resumo: This work is a starting point of a research project inside the subject: “Communication and Cooperation. The language actions in the organizations’ social space” based on some constructivist principles and their application to games. The author intends to identify competitive situations in working environment, analyze victory and defeat situations inside organizations and how their protagonists have been dealt with, and finally, offer some reflections on the various meanings that competitions can take over.
