Resumo: The work intends to explain, from the commissioner of the Royal Company of the Philippines in the Río de la Plata, the trial of the trafficking of African convicts and the return of leather exports for the benefit of British partners and River Plate merchants. The local dispute over the collection of rights, the management of the benefits in the local distribution of slaves and the bankruptcy of the RCF, are contexts of a tax complaint that reveals the local intersection of three vertices of the problem: the tax dispute of privilege trade, the global business of slavery and the local cycle of direct traffic, as well as the export of cowhides as an expansion of the local livestock economy.

La disputa local por el cobro de derechos, la gestión de los beneficios en la distribución local de esclavos y la quiebra de la RCF, son contextos de una denuncia tributaria que revela el cruce local de tres vértices del problema: la disputa tributaria del privilegio el comercio, el negocio global de la esclavitud y el ciclo local de tráfico directo, así como la exportación de cueros de vaca como expansión de la economía ganadera local. O trabalho pretende explicar, a partir do comissário da Companhia Real das Filipinas no Rio da Prata, o julgamento do tráfico de condenados africanos e o retorno das exportações de couro em benefício de sócios britânicos e mercadores rio-platense.
