Resumo: | Introduction: The Multiprofessional Health Residency is configured as an in-service teaching modality, combining knowledge and practices aimed at the comprehensiveness of health actions offered to the population, considering local needs and realities. Among the educational strategies provided for in legislation, there is the Optional Internship (OI), which allows experiences in environments considered relevant for learning. Objective: To report the experience of the OI in the dispatch of health care in the Basic River Health Unit and quilombola communities of the Andirá river, in September 2023. Experience report: The OI took place in the municipality of Barreirinha, in the state of Amazonas, through the Residences Project within the scope of the Support Program for the Institutional Development of the Unified Health System (Proadi-SUS). Educational, preventive and rehabilitation actions were carrying out, focusing on care based on the specificities of this population. There were ten days of expedition in nine remaining quilombola communities, totaling 47 Physiotherapy sessions carried out by the resident physiotherapist, in addition to joint work as a multidisciplinary team in 21 home visits. Conclusion: The experiences during the OI enabled knowledge of quilombola ways of life on the Andirá River, as well as understanding the notion of territoriality, social identity and health care practices, both through traditional methods and through services available in the Unified Health System (SUS). |

Entre las estrategias educativas previstas en la legislación, se encuentra la Pasantía Facultativa (PF), que permite experiencias en ambientes considerados relevantes para el aprendizaje. Objetivo: Relatar la experiencia de la PF en el envío de atención de salud en la Unidad Básica de Salud Fluvial y comunidades quilombolas del río Andirá, en septiembre de 2023. Informe de experiencia: La PF tuvo lugar en el municipio de Barreirinha, en del estado de Amazonas, a través del Proyecto Residencias en el ámbito del Programa de Apoyo al Desarrollo Institucional del Sistema Único de Salud (Proadi-SUS). Se realizaron acciones educativas, preventivas y de rehabilitación con foco en la atención basada en las especificidades de esta población. Fueron diez días de expedición en nueve comunidades quilombolas restantes, totalizando 47 sesiones de Fisioterapia realizadas por el fisioterapeuta residente, además de un trabajo conjunto como equipo multidisciplinario en 21 visitas domiciliarias. Conclusión: Las experiencias durante la PF permitieron conocer los modos de vida quilombolas en el río Andirá, así como comprender la noción de territorialidad, identidad social y prácticas de atención a la salud, tanto a través de métodos tradicionales como a través de servicios disponibles en el Sistema Único de Salud (SUS).Introdução: A Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde configura-se como modalidade de ensino em serviço, combinando saberes e fazeres direcionados à integralidade das ações em saúde ofertadas à população, considerando necessidades e realidades locais. Entre as estratégias educacionais previstas em legislação, encontra-se o Estágio Optativo (EO), que possibilita vivências em ambientes considerados relevantes para aprendizagem. Objetivo: Relatar a experiência do EO na expedição de assistência à saúde na Unidade Básica de Saúde Fluvial e comunidades quilombolas do rio Andirá, em setembro de 2023. Relato da experiência: O EO ocorreu no município de Barreirinha, no estado do Amazonas, por meio do Projeto Residências no âmbito do Programa de Apoio ao Desenvolvimento Institucional do Sistema Único de Saúde (Proadi-SUS). Realizaram-se ações educativas, preventivas e de reabilitação com foco no cuidado baseado nas especificidades dessa população. Foram dez dias de expedição em nove comunidades de remanescentes quilombolas, totalizando 47 atendimentos de Fisioterapia realizados pela profissional residente fisioterapeuta, além da atuação conjunta em equipe multiprofissional nas 21 visitas domiciliares.
