Resumo: The following paper aims at discussing the mixture of risk-derived assets and their potential in delineating money laundering in the light of comparative law, as well the legal provisions arising from the international conventions to which Brazil is a signatory, alternatives to fill a legislative gap and jurisprudence on the topic discussed.
