The collaborative spaces of active audience in the broadcast journalism

Resumo: The popularization and access to digital technology devices, to internet and the use of applications to exchange data (as Whatsapp e Viber) have facilitated collaboration and participatory presence of the audience in broadcast media. The broadcast journalism has been incorporating to its processes and routines, ways to include the presence and participation of active audience. The study analyzes of the experiences made on the sites of the news programs Bom dia Brasil, Jornal Hoje and Jornal da Globo, from Rede Globo, with the insertion of practices of interaction between the production field and the active audience, invited to be also a content co-producer. It is intended to point out clues about the usage of the spaces used as a means of mediator of this interaction.

O telejornalismo vem incorporando aos seus processos e rotinas formas para incluir a presença e participação da audiência ativa. O estudo faz uma análise das experiências feitas nos sites dos telejornais "Bom dia Brasi”l, “Jornal Hoje” e “Jornal da Globo”, da Rede Globo, com a inserção de práticas de interação entre o campo de produção e a audiência ativa, convidada a ser também coprodutora de conteúdo.
