Resumo: In Argentina, in the second half of the twentieth century, revolutionary fervor occupied the center of intellectual discourse. In this context, it is possible to detect, in some of the publications of the time, a thematic recurrence linked to aesthetic and artistic procedures. This article aims to analyze the way in which the artistic topic is constructed in the intellectual discourse of the magazine Pasado y Presente, one of the most resonant publications in the history of Argentina. We propose to characterize the intellectual group to then investigate, from a sociosemiotic perspective, those documents that deal with issues related to art, especially literature. The research results show a marked interest of the intellectual group for art in the first issues, an issue made possible by the state of social discourse of the 1960s and 1970s, and the subsequent loss of that thematization, especially in the second moment of appearance of the magazine.

En ese marco, es posible detectar, en algunas de las publicaciones de la época, una recurrencia temática vinculada a los procedimientos estéticos y artísticos. El presente artículo se propone analizar el modo en que se construye el tópico artístico en el discurso intelectual de la revista Pasado y Presente , una de las publicaciones más resonantes de la historia de Argentina. Nos proponemos caracterizar al grupo intelectual para luego indagar, desde una perspectiva sociosemiótica, aquellos documentos que tratan cuestiones vinculadas al arte, sobre todo a la literatura. Los resultados de investigación muestran un marcado interés del grupo intelectual por el arte en los primeros números, asunto posibilitado por el estado de discurso social de los 1960 y 1970, y la posterior pérdida de esa tematización, sobre todo en el segundo momento de aparición de la revista.Na Argentina, na segunda metade do século XX, o fervor revolucionário ocupava o centro do discurso intelectual. Neste contexto, é possível detectar, em algumas das publicações da época, uma recorrência temática ligada aos procedimentos estéticos e artísticos. O presente artigo propõe-se analisar o modo como se constrói o tópico artístico no discurso intelectual da revista Pasado e Presente, uma das publicações mais ressonantes da história da Argentina. Propomo-nos caracterizar o grupo intelectual para depois indagar, numa perspectiva sociosemiótica, aqueles documentos que tratam questões ligadas à arte, sobretudo à literatura.
