La ciberciudad: una visión de lo social y lo urbano desde la cibernética, la sistémica y la comunicología

Resumo: | Coming up from an observation over the contemporary social world and its layers of relations and combinations, this paper suggests the necessity of concepts and more complex standards for the conceptual organization than the few ones available so far. One of those concepts is Cyberculture, and some of those new standards for the conceptual organization are the Cybernetics, the Systemics and the Communicology. This proposition’s main view point is that an understanding of the Cyberculture settled over the computers and Internet images is not enough, the power of the word exists when it recalls an idea built on our best contemporary scientific sights. And that is the instance in which the body of the text is developed. Cyberculture is a concept that combines reflexivity, complexity, constructivity and creation. Besides, the best place for its application is the elemental form of our social life ecology, the city; which from the point of view of Cyberculture will turn to a Cybercity, along with all that implicates in thinking, communictations and action overlapping and building the complexity. |

Uno de esos conceptos es la cibercultura, y algunos de esos nuevos marcos de organización conceptual son la Cibernética, la Sistémica y la Comunicología. El punto de vista básico de esta propuesta es que una visión de la cibercultura fundada en las imágenes de las computadoras y la internet no es suficiente, el poder de la palabra aparece cuando se vuelve un concepto construido en lo mejor de nuestras visiones científicas contemporáneas. Y ahí se desarrolla el cuerpo del texto. La cibercultura es un concepto que asocia la reflexividad, la complejidad, la constructividad y la creación. Y el mejor lugar para su aplicación es la forma elemental de nuestra ecología de vida social, la ciudad. Que vista desde la cibercultura será una ciberciudad, con todo lo que esto supone de pensamiento, comunicación y acción en trama y urdimbre de la complejidad.Partindo da observação sobre o mundo social contemporâneo e sua complexa rede de relações e associações, pleiteia-se no texto a necessidade de conceitos e marcos de organização conceitual mais complexos que aqueles existentes. Um destes conceitos é a cibercultura e alguns destes novos marcos de organização conceitual são a cibernética, a sistêmica e a comunicologia. O ponto de vista básico desta proposta é que uma visão da cibercultura fundamentada nas imagens dos computadores e da internet não é suficiente, o poder da palavra aparece quando se examina um conceito construído em nossas melhores visões científicas contemporâneas. Aí se desenvolve o corpo do texto. A cibercultura é um conceito que associa a reflexividade, a complexidade, a construtividade e a criação.
