Resumo: This article seeks to understand in the work of Gilles Lipovetsky the relationship between media and autonomy in postmodernity. The purpose of the paper is motivated by reflections about Guy Debord’s society of the spectacle and his interpretations about the impossibility of free thinking / living of the person who, in relation to the spectacle / media, always maintains a relationship of submission, passivity, erasing its singularity. Through Lipovestky’s studies, this work intends to think of the concept of autonomy as a possible active element in the relationship between subject and media, or subject and spectacle. To structure the ideas of Lipovestky in relation to the concepts of autonomy, it is necessary to resume the reflections of the author in three different concepts / themes: hypermodernity, studies on the processes of fashion, and the era of post-moral. The matter of media or the spectacle is transversal in the author's work, and is reflected in several of his texts. This study will make a snip of what is considered more relevant to foster the analysis of the proposed objective.

El propósito del documento es motivado por las reflexiones sobre el espectáculo de la sociedad de Guy Debord y sus interpretaciones acerca de la imposibilidad de pensar libre / sala de estar de la persona que, en relación con el programa / media, siempre mantener una relación de sumisión, pasividad, borrando su singularidad. A través del pensamiento Lipovetsky, la intención es pensar en el concepto de autonomía como posible elemento activo en la relación entre el sujeto y los medios de comunicación, o sujeto y el espectáculo. Para estructurar las ideas Lipovestky en relación con los conceptos de autonomía, es necesario retomar las reflexiones de los autores en tres diferentes conceptos / temas: hiper, estudios sobre los procesos de la moda, y la era de la post-moral. Ya en los medios de comunicación o la cuestión espectáculo, es transversal en la obra del autor, que se refleja en varios de sus textos. Un recorte de lo que se considera más relevante para fomentar el análisis del objetivo propuesto-ser lejano.O presente artigo pretende compreender, na obra de Gilles Lipovetsky, a relação entre mídia e autonomia na pósmodernidade. O objetivo do texto é motivado pelas reflexões acerca da sociedade do espetáculo de Guy Debord e suas interpretações sobre a impossibilidade de livre pensar/viver do sujeito que, em relação ao espetáculo/mídia, manteria sempre uma relação de sujeição, passividade, apagamento de sua singularidade. Através do pensamento de Lipovestky, a intenção é pensar no conceito da autonomia como possível elemento ativo na relação entre sujeito e mídia, ou sujeito e espetáculo. Para estruturar as ideias de Lipovestky em relação aos conceitos de autonomia, é necessário retomar as reflexões do autor em três diferentes conceitos/temas: hipermodernidade, os estudos sobre os processos da moda, e a era da pós-moral. Já a questão midiática ou do espetáculo é transversal na obra do autor, refletida em vários de seus textos.
