Resumo: | This paper articulates indications in three spheres to the action research conducted with the purpose of giving qualifications to the production of messages by communitarian media compatible with current democratic demands. Therefore, three directions are considered in theory and context, and suggested to the researcher of the area: a) it is necessary to verify the relations that individuals maintain, as receivers, with the means of communication and the established news values, in a context of meaning mediation which is influenced by the economic logic of the industrial production of culture, information and entertainment; b) the characteristics of the producers-receivers can be understood as habitus — aspects of the personality which are formed in objective social circumstances; c) the stimulus to the political engagement through communitarian media must acknowledge one of the most relevant specifications of the Brazilian democracy nowadays, given by the increase of the institutionalised mechanisms of political participation constituted by the city councils. |

Por lo tanto, tres direcciones serán contextualizadas y colocadas teóricamente, y sugeridas al investigador del area: a) es necesario verificar las relaciones que mantienen los individuos, como recipientes, con los medios de comunicación y los valores establecidos de noticias, en un contexto de mediación de significado que esta influenciado por la logica economica de la producción industrial de cultura, información y entretenimiento; b) las caracteristicas de los productores-recipientes pueden entenderse como habitus — aspectos de la personalidad que se forman en circunstancias sociales objetivas; c) el estimulo hacia el compromiso politico a traves de los medios comunitarios debe reconocer uno de las especificaciones mas relevantes de la democracia Brasilera de nuestros días, dada por los mecanismos institucionalizados de la participación politica constituida por consejos ciudadanos.Este texto articula indicações em três esferas para a pesquisaação realizada com o objetivo de qualificar lideranças para a emissão de mensagens em mídias comunitárias compatíveis com as exigências democráticas atuais.
