Resumo: In this article we intend to reflect on possible interrelationships between information and communication technologies (ICT) and the relationship of contemporary work. Our interest is especially on prescriptions generated from the organization and management of work in the context socio-technical. In this scenario, the activities of communication and work are considered interdependent and are apparent from the concrete action of man in the process of articulation of ICT.

Nuestro interés versa en particular sobre las recetas generadas desde la organización y gestión del trabajo en el actual socio-técnico. En este escenario, las actividades de comunicación y el trabajo se consideran interdependientes y no se desprende de la acción concreta del hombre en el proceso de articulación de las TICs.Neste artigo nos propomos a refletir criticamente quanto a possíveis inter-relações entre as tecnologias de informação e de comunicação (TICs) e as relações de trabalho contemporâneas. Nosso interesse versa especialmente sobre prescrições geradas a partir da organização e gestão do trabalho no atual contexto sócio-técnico.
