Resumo: The association between Empire and Church after 312 A.D. produced, among several others tranformations, an increase of religious intolerance. In fact, during the Late Antiquity the Christians, seeking for defining their own cultural identity, persecuted (sometimes with vioience) the others cults, such as Paganism and Judaism. With this work, we try to analyze the religious policy of Later Roman emperors against Judaism focusing on the reign of Constantius II (337-361).
