Resumo: | Erosive processes are generated by natural and human causes. Anthropic activities enhance soil loss from inadequate management and compromise agricultural productivity and sustainability. This research aims to perform the mapping of erosivity and erodibility of the humid slope of the Uruburetama/CE Massif and surrounding area in order to support soil protection and management measures against water erosion. The Erosivity Map was obtained by the IDW interpolator through the calculation of erosivity performed based on rainfall records of 23 FUNCEME monitoring stations in a 10-year interval (2010-2019). The classes of erosivity are associated with the performance of local rainfall generating systems, which lose strength towards the continent. Thus, it was observed the occurrence of the classes of erosivity Moderate to Strong (92.66%) and Strong (7.34%). Soil erodibility was processed by Ordinary Kriging from the K factor obtained from the analyses of 92 samples of deformed soils (granulometry, soil structure, organic matter) and 92 undisturbed (permeability) collected in the research area. The erodibility classes are associated with the distribution and characteristics of local soils. The Very Low class (8%) is associated with the Eutrophic Háplico Solus and the Ortic Quartzarenic Neosol. The Lower class (83%) is related to the occurrence of Red-Yellow Argisol and the Litholic Neosol, while the Moderate class (9%) is associated with the Chromic Luvissol. Keywords: Erosive processes. Las actividades antropogénicas potencian la pérdida de suelo por un manejo inadecuado y comprometen la productividad y la sostenibilidad agrícola. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo realizar el mapeo de erosividad y erosionabilidad del talud húmedo del Macizo de Uruburetama/CE y alrededores con el fin de subsidiar medidas de protección y manejo del suelo contra la erosión hídrica. El mapa de erosividad fue obtenido por el interpolador IDW a través del cálculo de erosividad realizado con base en los registros de lluvia de 23 estaciones de monitoreo de FUNCEME en un intervalo de 10 años (2010-2019). Las clases de erosividad están asociadas a la acción de los sistemas generadores de lluvias locales, que pierden fuerza hacia el continente. Así, se observó la ocurrencia de clases de erosividad moderada a fuerte (92,66%) y fuerte (7,34%). La erosionabilidad del suelo fue procesada por Kriging Ordinario a partir del factor K obtenido del análisis de 92 muestras de suelo deformado (granulometría, estructura del suelo, materia orgánica) y 92 muestras no perturbadas (permeabilidad) recolectadas en el área de investigación. Las clases de erosionabilidad están asociadas con la distribución y características de los suelos locales. La clase Muy Baja (8%) está asociada al Planosol Háplico Eutrófico y al Neosol Cuarzoarénico Órtico. La clase Baja (83%) está relacionada con la ocurrencia de Ultisol Rojo-Amarillo y Neosol Litólico, mientras que la clase Moderada (9%) está asociada con el Luvissol Crómico. As classes de erodibilidade estão associadas à distribuição e as características dos solos locais. A classe Muito Baixa (8%) está associada ao Planossolo Háplico Eutrófico e ao Neossolo Quartzarênico Órtico.
