DIPTERA ENTOMOFAUNA STUDY IN ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AREA IN MARANHÃO

Resumo: | Knowledge of the dipterofauna of a given area is of great importance to know its biodiversity. For some representatives are considered bioindicators and show evidence about the environmental quality of a region. The study aimed to conduct a survey of the order Diptera in different environments in the Inhamum Environmental Protection Area, Caxias-MA. For the study, the experimental area was divided into Area 1 Gallery Forest and Area 2 Cerrado. Six samples were collected from October 2017 to March 2018. Using Provid Traps. Six parallel transects were installed in each area, with a distance of approximately 10 m from each other and in each transects five equidistant sampling units were marked, so that 30 points were sampled in each area, totaling 60 points. The present study obtained a total of 1,040 Diptera specimens in both areas, being 479 specimens and 22 families for Area I and 561 specimens and 23 families for Area II. The survey of families of the order Diptera conducted in the Inhamum Environmental Protection Area points to the richness of specimens existing in the highlighted areas of this study. Wealth estimators show that more research needs to be done as there must be rare specimens in the region. |

Algunos dipyerans se conseideran bioindicadores, que muestran evidencia de la calidad ambiental de uma región. El estúdio tuvo como objetivo llevar a cabo uma encuesta del orden Diptera em diferentes entornos en el Área de Protección Ambiental de Inhamum, Caxias-MA. El área experimental se dividió em Área 1 (bosque de galeria) y Área 2 (Cerrado). Seis coleciones se realizaron entre octubre de 2017/marzo de 2018. Uso de trampas Provid. En cada área, se instalaron seis transectos paralelos, com uma distancia de aproximadamente 10m entre sí y em cada transecto, se marcaron cinco unidades de muestra equidistantes, donde se tromaron muestras de 30 puntos em cada área, totalizando 60 puntos. El presente estúdio obtuvo total de 1,040 especímenes del orden Diptera em las dos áreas, con 479 especímenes y 22 familias para el Área I y 561 ecpecímenes y 23 familias para el Área II. La encuesta de famílias del orden Diptera realizada em el Área de Protección Ambiental de Inhamum señala la riqueza de ecpecímenes existentes em la áreas destacadas por este estúdio y los estimadores de riqueza muestram que se necessita más investigación, ya que los espécimenes raros deben existir em la región.O conhecimento da dipterofauna de uma determinada área é de grande importância para conhecer a sua biodiversidade. Pois, alguns dípteros são considerados bioindicadores, demonstrando indícios da qualidade ambiental de uma região. O estudo teve como objetivo realizar um levantamento da ordem Diptera em diferentes ambientes na Área de Proteção Ambiental do Inhamum, Caxias-MA. A área experimental foi dividida em Área 1 (Mata de galeria) e Área 2 (Cerrado). Foram realizadas seis coletas, entre os meses de outubro de 2017/março de 2018. Utilizando armadilhas Provid. Em cada área foram instalados seis transectos paralelos, com distância de aproximadamente 10 m entre si e em cada transecto foram marcadas cinco unidades amostrais equidistantes, onde foram amostrados 30 pontos em cada área, totalizando 60 pontos. O presente estudo obteve um total 1.040 espécimes da ordem Diptera nas duas áreas, sendo 479 espécimes e 22 famílias para a Área I e 561 espécimes e 23 famílias para Área II.
