The discursive production of SUAS female labor force on the relationship between CSO and State in social assistance policy

Resumo: This paper aims to analyze the meanings produced by SUAS professionals about the relationships established between civil society organizations and the State in the implementation of social assistance policy in the city of São Paulo. The research was carried out through literature review, document analysis and nine semi-structured interviews. The analysis is based on a constructionist perspective in Social Psychology. Particularly, we are based on the contributions of the study of discursive practices, a theoreticalmethodological approach that allows the understanding of the production of meaning in everyday life. Based on the results of this research, we look for drawing the attention towards the complexity involved in the relations between CSO and the State in this public policy, by emphasizing its relational, polysemic and multi-determined aspects.

La investigación se llevó a cabo mediante revisión de literatura, análisis documental y nueve entrevistas semiestructuradas. El análisis partió de una perspectiva construccionista en Psicología Social. Particularmente, nos basamos en los aportes del estudio de las prácticas discursivas, por tratarse de un abordaje que permite la comprensión de la producción del sentido en la vida cotidiana. Con base en los resultados, buscamos llamar la atención a la complejidad de las relaciones entre OSC y Estado en esta política pública, enfatizando su vertiente relacional, polisémica y multideterminada.O presente trabalho se propõe a analisar os sentidos produzidos por profissionais do SUAS acerca das relações estabelecidas entre as organizações da sociedade civil e o Estado na implementação da política de assistência social no município de São Paulo. A pesquisa foi realizada por meio de revisão de literatura, análise documental e de nove entrevistas semiestruturadas. A análise partiu de uma perspectiva construcionista em Psicologia Social. Particularmente, nos ancoramos nas contribuições do estudo das práticas discursivas, por se tratar de uma abordagem teórico-metodológica que permite a compreensão da produção de sentido no cotidiano.
