Objective: This study aims to report the building experience of the workprocess of a graduate in Public Health in Primary Health Care in the Field in themidst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Methodology: The coverage period was from2020 to 2022, taking place in the municipality of Caruaru/PE. The Public’sHealth graduate work took place from NASF-Ab’s perspective, working togetherwith two family health’s teams from rural territories. Results: The work processwas developed on three main fronts, namely: 1) Health care based on territory;2) Coordination with intra and intersectoral networks; 3) Reorganization of themultiprofessional work in Primary Health Care. Conclusions: Therefore, thework process of the graduate in Collective Health is in constant movement ofunderstanding of possibilities and limitations, regarding a still unknownpractice, especially in realities such as PHC. The advancement of the discussionoccurs in parallel with the formation and insertion of this profession in the mostdiverse contexts, such as rural health. There is a need to develop more studiesand experiences, focusing on the capitalization in the living reality of the SUS.
