Resumo: The present article aims at a Foucaultian approach to the forms of rationality as an important critical update of the problem of the rationalization of modern societies. Thus, in its first part, the article focuses on the main premises and methodological cautions of using the concept of rationality without theoretical framework of Michel Foucault. Finally, I explores how the philosopher discuss about the links between rationality, power and criticism.
