Resumo: This paper is a bibliographic research that aims to understand the meaning of social antagonism to the Kantian philosophy. Therefore, it is important to observe and analyze the concept employed by Kant to the human tendency of unsocial sociability, as well as their aspects in the state of nature between men and States in addition to its reflection in a civil state – it is set from the public law institution. According to this philosopher, the asocial sociability is the propensity for the man to sociability – the relations between individuals of the same species - while the unsociability corresponds to the resistance force of the individuals to each other, against the progress motor, since acting an antisocial force, which create ambition, greed and tyranny, preventing the germ progress growing. The unsociability while a driving force of cultural development can be understood as a passion or as an incline, however, a specie moral progress is legitimate when it is understood as a gradient.

Nesse sentido, é importante observar e analisar o conceito empregado por Kant para a tendência humana da sociabilidade insociável, assim como seus aspectos no estado de natureza entre homens e Estados, além do seu reflexo num estado civil – configurado a partir da instituição da lei pública. Segundo o filósofo, a sociabilidade insociável é a propensão do homem para a sociabilidade – o convívio entre os indivíduos da espécie –, enquanto que a insociabilidade corresponde à força da resistência dos indivíduos entre si, ao motor do progresso, uma vez que agindo por forças antissociais, que criam ambição, tirania e ganância, impedem que o germe do progresso dormite.
