A gestão democrática, o gestor escolar e seu papel na resolução de conflitos

Resumo: The school has changed throughout history, but despite all the changes taking place, it was not removed due importance. The school, considered extension of the family, otherwise assumed increasing importance in society, especially the contemporary, yet shy, the idea of ​​freedom linked to knowledge. How could it be otherwise, given that the school deals with human beings, read this institution with divergent interests, faces different challenges and therefore needs to face conflicts. Here comes the role of school management which, through the school management should put an end to these conflicts. However, conflicts are fomented by constant challenges and the incessant movement of introjection-projection. Among these, there are inevitably those who go beyond the scope of the school, because, regardless of whether they are reflected in the school, were born of it and thus require solutions that another part also arising out. Thus, it appears that the success of school management can not be attributed solely and entirely to itself, which should, rather, consider the other actors and segments of society that must be involved in achieving and materialization of well thought out democratic management the example of social, family, political, economic and others that streamline in society and influence the conflicts herein. Thus, fixed and certain significant role of school management in school conflicts, it is equally certain that the face of these conflicts has viability if not taken over by other social institutions beyond the school and its management. Otherwise, it must be the burden school principal not compatible with his strength and with the assumed mission, characterizing serious dissent upstaging only to school failure in school management.

A escola, considerada extensão da família, do contrário, assumiu cada vez mais relevância na sociedade, em especial pela contemporânea, ainda tímida, ideia de liberdade vinculada ao conhecimento. Como não poderia ser diferente, sendo certo que a escola lida com seres humanos, lida esta instituição com interesses divergentes, enfrenta desafios variados e, portanto, necessita enfrentar conflitos. Aqui surge o papel da gestão escolar que, através da gestão escolar, deve dar cabo a estes conflitos. Porém, os conflitos são fomentados pelos desafios constantes e pelos incessantes movimentos de introjeção-projeção. Entre estes, há, inevitavelmente, os que extrapolam a alçada da escola, pois que, inobstante sejam refletidos na escola, nascem foram dela e, assim, exigem soluções que de outro âmbito, igualmente, advenham. Desta forma, constata-se que o sucesso da gestão escolar não pode ser atribuído única e integralmente a ela própria, devendo-se, sim, considerar os demais atores e segmentos da sociedade que devem estar envolvidos na consecução e materialização da bem pensada gestão democrática, a exemplo das questões sociais, familiares, políticas, econômicas e outras que se dinamizam na sociedade e influenciam nos conflitos aqui tratados. Logo, fixado e certo o papel significativo do gestor escolar nos conflitos escolares, é igualmente certo que o enfrentamento destes conflitos não tem viabilidade se não for encampado pelas demais instituições sociais, para além da escola e respectiva gestão.
