Resumo: For a representative and worrying number of people affected by obesity, there is also an increase in the demand for professionals who contribute to weight loss. The act of feeding is always linked to eating behavior, it being understood that food is a complex medium and that behavior should not be neglected by professionals. The objective of this study was to evaluate the anthropometric nutritional status and feeding behavior of university women. This is a cross-sectional study of a quantitative approach developed in young women, with BMI greater than or equal to 25 kg / m. After reading and signing the Informed Consent Term, children are responsible for TFEQ-R21 as a way of calculating eating behavior, as well as weight, height, waist circumference and triceps skinfold. The classification was made by 20 university students, being 14 classified as overweight (70%), 3 with obesity grade I (15%), 2 with obesity grade II (10%) and 1 with obesity grade III (5%). In relation to food yield, there was an overall yield of 72.2%, food out of control registered 50% and Cognitive Restriction obtained 72.2%. The same number of participants in this study noted that the results were the same for some studies and those were the differences, the ways of differentiating themselves and the many factors that influence it.

O ato de se alimentar está diretamente ligado ao comportamento alimentar, entendendo-se que a alimentação é um ato complexo e que o comportamento alimentar não deve ser negligenciado pelos profissionais. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar o estado nutricional antropométrico e do comportamento alimentar de mulheres universitárias.Trata-se de um estudo transversal de abordagem quanti-qualitativa desenvolvido em estudantes do sexo feminino, IMC maior/igual a 25 kg/m. Após leitura e assinatura do Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido, as estudantes responderam ao TFEQ-R21 a fim de avaliar o comportamento alimentar, bem como o peso, altura, circunferência da cintura e prega cutânea tricipital. A amostra foi composta por 20 universitárias, sendo dessas 14 foram classificadas com sobrepeso (70%), 3 com obesidade grau I (15%), 2 com obesidade grau II (10%) e 1 com obesidade grau III (5%). Sobre o comportamento alimentar a dimensão referente ao grau de Alimentação Emocional obteve um percentual de 72,2%, Descontrole alimentar obteve 50% e Restrição Cognitivo obteve 72,2%.
