Resumo: This research aimed to test the limits of using the hybrid mobile development technology Flutter and its language dart, to evaluate its viability in achieving the functions such as augmented reality, virtual reality, WebView, Flavors, among others. Thus testing the viability of switching to this new technology, which open several new possibilities and increase the efficiency in the maintenance of the code, since it would no longer be necessary different codes for Android and IOS, and also, because Flutter is a newer technology, it would allow to leave the applications with a more modern look and new features. Also, the use of the Unity engine would greatly increase the company's creative freedom to create new gamifying tools.
