Resumo: Diesel fuel is a compound derived from petroleum consisting mainly of carbon, hydrogen, and low concentrations of sulfur, nitrogen and oxygen. It is a product that has low flammability, medium toxicity, little volatile, clear, free from suspended matter and with a strong and characteristic odor. The diesel is the main liquid fuel sold in Brazil. Currently, it is added 5% of biodiesel to diesel fuel in order to reduce pollutant emissions. The main objective of this work is to create a mathematical model that describes the formulations of based diesel fuels with additives (water / glycerin / surfactant) in order to make the most energy potential of glycerin and offer less potential polluter possible. The formulations were developed following a full factorial design type 2 3 with a duplicate in the midpoint where the independent variables were: Mass of surfactants (Mt), ratio of surfactants (Prop) and concentration of glycerin (Sun%). The expected outcome in the process was the mass percentage of glycerin solution(% BF) supported by diesel, before the turbidity point. In statistical modeling based on the analysis of Pareto diagram was realized that all parameters studied were significant to the process. The response surface methodology was used as an evaluation tool of the optimal point in the process and a theoretical model was generated to describe the experimental data, showing a good fit. The calculation of ANOVA revealed that the model obtained in the study has significant character and predictive.

Agência Nacional de Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (ANP)Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do NorteUFRNBrasilEngenharia QuímicaÓleo dieselTensoativosGlicerinaPlanejamento experimentalDiesel oilSurfactantsGlycerinExperimental designEngenharias.Novas formulações de combustíveis base diesel microemulsionado com glicerinainfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessporreponame:Repositório Institucional da UFRNinstname:Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN)instacron:UFRNTEXTNovasformulacoes_Monografia.txtExtracted texttext/plain67662https://repositorio.ufrn.br/bitstream/123456789/38905/1/Novasformulacoes_Monografia.txt5ceb322029e17d6afb76ad6303018fc3MD51ORIGINALNovasformulacoes_MonografiaTrabalho de Conclusão de Cursoapplication/octet-stream2460417https://repositorio.ufrn.br/bitstream/123456789/38905/2/Novasformulacoes_Monografia8282b550c6f21ecec0b7a880ee920065MD52CC-LICENSElicense_urlapplication/octet-stream43https://repositorio.ufrn.br/bitstream/123456789/38905/3/license_url321f3992dd3875151d8801b773ab32edMD53license_textapplication/octet-stream21818https://repositorio.ufrn.br/bitstream/123456789/38905/4/license_textb19767193fa05eb8852808b812c188a0MD54license_rdfapplication/octet-stream19874https://repositorio.ufrn.br/bitstream/123456789/38905/5/license_rdf38cb62ef53e6f513db2fb7e337df6485MD55LICENSElicense.txttext/plain756https://repositorio.ufrn.br/bitstream/123456789/38905/6/license.txta80a9cda2756d355b388cc443c3d8a43MD56123456789/389052021-09-27 09:25:16.024oai:https://repositorio.ufrn.br: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ório de PublicaçõesPUBhttp://repositorio.ufrn.br/oai/opendoar:2021-09-27T12:25:16Repositório Institucional da UFRN - Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN)false
