Several activities in the Civil Engineering branch take advantage of the computational resources available to optimize various calculation, construction or management processes. However, these tools are expensive and require installation of executable files on your computer. To calculate the load capacity, there are a large number of spreadsheets and tools for this purpose. In this context it is proposed in this work the programming of a tool, the JSOIL, where it is possible to estimate the load capacity for ten semi-empirical methods of calculating the load capacity. In this way a literature review of the methods that were implemented and of the pertinent technologies the tool programming was carried out. This will be readily available on the internet, where from a browser the user can access the application, enter the data of the geotechnical profile and characteristics of the stake, in order to automatically obtain the value of the estimate of the load capacity. The tool was developed in the Java language and integrated with other technologies, respectively MYSQL and TomCat. As a result of this research, the values of the load capacity estimates returned by JSOIL and those presented in the literature are compared.
