Resumo: The oil industry has progressed daily in production processes in oil wells. An important step in this activity is the drilling of the well and its subsequent cementation. Before being subjected to the operation, the cement paste undergoes laboratory tests to simulate the conditions of the actual formation, taking into account factors such as the operating time, flow regime in the pulp displacement and also the safety of the operation. During drilling it is common to find in the formation (rocks-reservoir) different permeabilities. In these areas, where permeabilities are relatively greater than the average, either due to their natural sedimentation or formation damage, several inconveniences can occur during the cementation operation, among them the loss of mass (paste) in quantities higher than expected for the formation and even the loss of the well. In the midst of this question, develop a paste that does not present a great loss when in areas of high permeability is a matter of industrial interest. As a suggestion, the present study evaluates the flow in simulated porous media using cementitious pastes added with calcium chloride, nanosilica, polyurethane (foam) and vermiculite. Finally, the results obtained go through statistical analysis that determines the influence of the additive on the responses and also, how much of this additive that better controls the loss of fluid for the formation during a cementation.

Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do NorteUFRNBrasilEngenharia QuímicaCimentaçãoPerda de filtradoPoliuretanoCementationLoss of filtratePolyurethaneEngenharias.Transferência de massa e fluxo em meio porosoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessporreponame:Repositório Institucional da UFRNinstname:Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN)instacron:UFRNTEXTTransferenciademassa_Monografia.txtExtracted texttext/plain88020https://repositorio.ufrn.br/bitstream/123456789/38812/1/Transferenciademassa_Monografia.txte8aa153ce9af41459f1925f364109d8aMD51CC-LICENSElicense_urlapplication/octet-stream49https://repositorio.ufrn.br/bitstream/123456789/38812/2/license_url4afdbb8c545fd630ea7db775da747b2fMD52license_textapplication/octet-stream0https://repositorio.ufrn.br/bitstream/123456789/38812/3/license_textd41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427eMD53license_rdfapplication/octet-stream0https://repositorio.ufrn.br/bitstream/123456789/38812/4/license_rdfd41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427eMD54LICENSElicense.txttext/plain756https://repositorio.ufrn.br/bitstream/123456789/38812/5/license.txta80a9cda2756d355b388cc443c3d8a43MD55ORIGINALTransferenciademassa_MonografiaTransferenciademassaefluxoemmeioporoso_monografiaapplication/octet-stream2831897https://repositorio.ufrn.br/bitstream/123456789/38812/6/Transferenciademassa_Monografia169763bd3921b08efaa8977450e2daf6MD56123456789/388122021-09-27 09:21:55.055oai:https://repositorio.ufrn.br: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ório de PublicaçõesPUBhttp://repositorio.ufrn.br/oai/opendoar:2021-09-27T12:21:55Repositório Institucional da UFRN - Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN)false
