It is known that the media, especially television, promote a massive dissemination of the sporting success of some soccer athletes (soccer players), who spend a comfortable life and glamor. With this, several young footballers envision the possibility of being a professional soccer player in the future. This theme is important because of the high financial resources involved in the sport, due to the possibility of moving – for better – the lives of people less favored financially. Above all, in order for justice to be done and the best soccer players to be selected, providing teachers and technical observers with support so that they can clarify to the parents / guardians the "whys" of their children not being selected in a selective process, thus giving the possibility of trying to improve on some aspect that may have been rated as weak. Therefore, creating an agile system, which provides quick and accurate results on the condition of each player, and incorporates various components, physical, technical and psychological, seems to be a great scientific advance to solve strictly practical issues. This is the proposal of the I-Sports System. The objectives of the study are: to analyze psychological aspects that can serve to implement the psychological component in the I-Sports System; to develop questionnaires for data collection of the psychological aspects important for sports selection of promising footballers; and develop a Software R framework so that it can be implemented in the I-Sports system. The sample was composed of eighteen Young male footballers aged 14 to 17 years of Great Christmas. The first results of this work refer to the I-Sports data collection datasheets, since no standardized data sheet was found. Subsequently, during the year 2016, two questionnaires were constructed on a Phrase Completion scale for behavioral analysis of the athletes. It was decided to compare the scores assigned by the coach to each athlete. As a conclusion of this monograph one can say that – despite the growing importance of the "discovery of talents" in the area of Physical Education – there is a shortage of works that apply some systematic method to try to reveal young promising athletes. Even questionnaires, aimed at the aforementioned purpose, are few. It is hoped that this work will facilitate future Physical Education, Statistics and Sports Psychologists to shorten the ways of their analysis and to know a little more about the interaction between these three beautiful and fascinating areas.
