Resumo: | In this article we present how Garden-Based Learning (GBL) can be used as a methodological tool in Higher Education. Through a Narrative Review of Literature it was tried to present some important aspects in the creation and pedagogical use of gardens within the university campus in the course of Nutrition. It was noticed that the involvement of the students, the creation of spaces for vegetable gardens, teaching methodology, environmental education and food and nutritional education were the main themes encountered and were discussed. It can be observed, then, that the GBL is a pedagogical tool capable of involving teachers, students and employees within a proposal common to all: develop more sustainable food systems. |

Através de uma Revisão Narrativa da Literatura buscou-se apresentar alguns aspectos importantes na criação e uso pedagógico de hortas dentro do campus universitário no curso de Nutrição. Percebeu-se que o envolvimento dos alunos, a criação dos espaços para hortas, a metodologia de ensino, a educação ambiental e a educação alimentar e nutricional foram os principais temas encontrados e que foram discorridos.
