Resumo: | Hydrogen is an important source to produce the so-called "clean energy" and can be produced from the ethanol reforming. A wide variety of research devoted to obtaining hydrogen from ethanol involves catalysts based on noble metals such as platinum and non-noble metals such as cobalt and nickel. Technological innovations that go through the development of new catalysts, have been carried out to obtain the maximization of the main product, if the hydrogen. This work describes the synthesis and characterization of catalysts composed of a Ni-containing active phase supported on MgAl2O4 spinel prepared by two methods: Combustion and Hydrothermal, both described in the literature. The catalysts were prepared via wet impregnation. Were used the techniques of X-ray diffraction (XRD), Adsorption and Desorption of Nitrogen (N2), Temperature programmed reduction (TPR), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Thermogravimetric Analysis (TG) to characterize the supports and catalysts . Thermogravimetric analysis was used to determine the temperature and calcination to obtain a study of variation of the mass of materials obtained as a function of temperature. The two support preparation methods showed the formation of the spinel phase MgAl2O4 confirmed by ray diffraction technique X. observed by Adsorption and Desorption technique (N2) performed for the MgAl2O4 support, this material has characteristics mesoporous. The magnesium aluminate shown by morphology is consistent with the methodologies of the synthesis support for combustion and hydrothermal, having particles with different sizes and the presence of small clusters. RTP profiles determined the reducible species on the catalyst surface and the temperature at which they are being cut. The results of analyzes showed that the catalysts exhibit characteristics that make these good candidates to apply for Reform reactions Steam Ethanol. |

Etanol.Hidrogênio.Catalisador.Níquel.Aluminato de magnésio.Química do PetróleoPreparação de catalisadores de Ni suportado em MgAl2O4 para aplicação em reforma a vapor do etanolinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessporreponame:Repositório Institucional da UFRNinstname:Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN)instacron:UFRNTEXTPreparacaoCatalisadoresNi_Silva_2015.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain77831https://repositorio.ufrn.br/bitstream/123456789/38360/1/PreparacaoCatalisadoresNi_Silva_2015.pdf.txtffc930b870262ce2e0cbc7bb256644d0MD51ORIGINALPreparacaoCatalisadoresNi_Silva_2015.pdfapplication/pdf2070239https://repositorio.ufrn.br/bitstream/123456789/38360/2/PreparacaoCatalisadoresNi_Silva_2015.pdfa744529c459200622d664c7665132a75MD52LICENSElicense.txttext/plain756https://repositorio.ufrn.br/bitstream/123456789/38360/3/license.txta80a9cda2756d355b388cc443c3d8a43MD53123456789/383602023-05-15 11:56:05.819oai:https://repositorio.ufrn.br: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ório de PublicaçõesPUBhttp://repositorio.ufrn.br/oai/opendoar:2023-05-15T14:56:05Repositório Institucional da UFRN - Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN)false |
