Desafios da ação pedagógica: as funções do coordenador pedagógico

Resumo: This article aims to present a reflection on the pedagogical coordinator 's action, aiming to know his functions developed in the school context, as well as his daily challenges. For that, the methodological procedures used were observation and semi-structured interviews. Thus, we follow the routine of the pedagogical coordinator of the Municipal School Maria de Lourdes de Lima, located in São Gonçalo do Amarante. For this reason, for the development and construction of this work, we use a consistent theoretical basis and referendum in the Brazilian pedagogical literature, thus identifying the following authors as interlocutors: André and Vieira (2006), Bruno and Abreu (2006), Brazil (2009), Freire (1994), Libaneo (2011), Lima and Santos (2007), Vasconcelos (2009) and (2011) among others. From this, we seek to reflect on the problems experienced by this professional of the school, always making references and articulating theory and practice. In this sense, we emphasize the importance of a participative work and previously planning, since, the school will only succeed with participation and respect on the part of all the professionals who work there.

Para tanto, os procedimentos metodológicos utilizados foram a observação e entrevistas semiestruturadas. Dessa forma, acompanhamos a rotina do coordenador pedagógico da Escola Municipal Maria de Lourdes de Lima, localizada em São Gonçalo do Amarante. Em razão disso, para o desenvolvimento e construção deste trabalho, nos valemos de um embasamento teórico consistente e referendado na literatura pedagógica brasileira, assim, identificamos como interlocutores os seguintes autores: André e vieira (2006), Bruno e Abreu (2006), Brasil (1996), Freire (1994), Libâneo (2011), Lima e Santos (2007), Vasconcelos (2009) e (2011) entre outros. Dessarte, buscamos refletir sobre as problemáticas vivenciadas por esse profissional da escola, sempre fazendo referências e articulando teoria e a prática.
