Resumo: This article aims to present a survey on Quality of Work Life (QWL) of employees in stores Retail Clothes in the Amazon. It is known that the quality of life at work is directly related to the welfare of the individual, affecting all aspects in the lives of workers. It is a fact that the societies they live in constant change, requiring trade more innovations to meet their needs. Falls to the employees the responsibility to provide theserequirements, which can reach the QWL. In order to analyze the quality of work life of employees, a survey was conducted on the concepts related to it, to assess the physical and health, psychological, personal and professional these individuals. Methodology was applied field research using quantitative positivist descriptive Likert scale with 45 vendors from various stores. We discussed aspects such as health, work-related diseases, healthy habits of employees, personal satisfaction, work motivation and self-esteem, family and professionals. Thus, we highlight four factors: motivation to work, not bias at work, lack of medical care and feel pain and discomfort at work. Thus, it is understood that to have QVT, there must be a consensus by both companies as the developer.

Sabe-se que a Qualidade de Vida no trabalho está diretamente relacionada ao bem estar do indivíduo, atingindo todos os aspectos na vida do trabalhador. É fato que a sociedades vivem em constante mutação, exigindo do comércio mais inovações para suprir suas necessidades. Recai-se aos colaborardes a responsabilidade de prover estas exigências, das quais podem atingir a QVT. Com o objetivo de analisar a qualidade de vida no trabalho destes colaboradores, foi realizada uma pesquisa sobre os conceitos relacionados à mesma, para avaliar os aspectos físicos e da saúde, psicológicos, pessoais e profissionais destes indivíduos. Metodologicamente foi aplicada uma pesquisa de campo quantitativa positivista descritiva utilizando a escala Likert com 45 vendedores de diversas lojas. Foram abordados aspectos relacionados como a saúde, doenças relacionadas ao trabalho, hábitos saudáveis dos colaboradores, satisfação pessoal, motivação no trabalho e autoestima, família e profissionais. Dessa forma, destacam-se quatro fatores: motivação para o trabalho, o não preconceito no trabalho, a falta de assistência médica e sentir dores e desconforto no trabalho.
