The spatial arrangement and intra-urban transformations occur through the action of various agents that promote space. The research included the Cidade Satelite neighborhood, located in the western urban area of the Boa Vista city. The general objective of this study was to understand the intra-urban transformations in the Cidade Satelite neighborhood in Boa Vista, Roraima and its consequences, from the implementation of housing development, valuation of the space due to the improvement of infrastructure, commercial dynamics and changes in the construction pattern. In relation to the methodological procedures in a first phase, a bibliographical research was carried out addressing the concept of space and the agents that produce urban space that operate in this dynamic. The application of a questionnaire was carried out in order to verify the residents' perception about the transformations and the valorization of the urban space. The results showed that the changes that took place in Cidade Satelite are products of the action of both the Government, the real estate sector and the residents in the process of production and reproduction of the urban space. Due to public and private investments, the value of the square meter in the neighborhood increased by 494% between 2009 and 2019. In the main circulation routes of the Cidade Satelite district, changes in land use were observed, with the growing implementation of new commercial building and business.
