Prerrogativas do profissional do serviço social sob o ponto de vista da representação de classe em Roraima

The study addresses several aspects related to the profession of social work, under the view of the class in Roraima, and arguess that the observance of the sociopolitical aspects must be under a plan various orders of magnitude above the normative. Roraima is on the focus because is a region whose work's service sectional is under a process to became a regional, besides having a Social Service Worker course in the Amazon Estácio University Center that graduates yearly many professional, therefore very pertinent the argues of this study, as yeast for reflections. One of the prerogatives of the social work professional is to guide individuals and groups of different social segments in defense of their rights. Assuming this entitlement presupposes a social and political engagement of the professional as citizen, more than the formalization of the profession through a university degree. Various challenges are in this right that was not conquered through automatic professional formalization, but this is a power transfer gave by society to the social worker professional. The society also gives to the higher education institutions the authorization to qualify the social worker and also authorizes the operation of the class council. This sociopolitical plain in which works the profession and the professional of the social work includes the factual concepts, legal and ethical aspects, whose arguments constitute the base of this study, explicit in appropriate sections that discuss in separate each one of these parameters. It is presented for professional class discussion a set of relations involving competences, abilities, efficiency and efficacy, taking the ethics as regulatory factor of multiplier effect, in the form: professional value = abilities + competences x ethics or in the form: professional value = (abilities + competences + efficiency + efficacy) x ethics. Ethics is a variable in these relations that gives the quantitative equilibrium, although the measurements of these variables are subjective. The study also discusses aspects of class representation, in federal and regional levels, having as background these variables which define the professional value in the form adopted in the present study.
